Ocracoke Island Disaster Relief Fundraiser

Hurricane Dorian passed over Ocracoke Island on September 6, causing a 7-8 foot storm surge that left behind extensive flooding and property damage. My wife and I decided to have a fundraiser during the month of November to help victims of the storm. Please see the details below from Rebecca:

If you’ve ever been to Ocracoke Island, you know what a special place it is. Ocracoke has always been a part of my life, as our family has many dear friends who live there, my sister lived there for 7 years, and it is our family vacation destination. Even more beautiful than its beaches are its people, many of whom suffered extensive damage to their homes and businesses from Hurricane Dorian. Recently, FEMA denied Ocracoke individual assistance for the hurricane damage, and this special place needs our help more than ever. We are donating all of the author royalties from Dillon’s ebook and paperback sales during the month of November to the Outer Banks Community Foundation, specifically for Ocracoke. If you have been thinking about buying the book, now is the perfect time to do it! If you already have it or would rather donate to the Outer Banks Community Foundation directly, you can do so here.

Thanks so much for your support!
